Is there a way to uninstall system updates?

Do those NtUninstallKBXXX entries in c:\windows have some option to
uninstall them?

My system refuses to boot and like to uninstall the latest entries if
it will help in some way.

It's so much easier to suggest solutions when you don't know too much about
the problem

Each one of the updates should be listed in Add or Remove programs where you
can remove it. Look for the KB ### in question.
