Trying to get a Combat running and it is so close. I'm getting an
"Audio Power Down" message at startup. The game comes and plays fine,
just no sound.
Anyway, I've got some Crossbow audio boards and I've moved all the
Combat roms over to Crossbow audio board to no avail. I get a Hardware
Error and a message to call tech support at startup. I'm guessing Exidy
tech support is no longer there.
Can someone confirm that it is a straight rom swap? Is there some
other jumpers or security issues with moving audio roms from one Exidy
440 game to another?

Thanks for the input Dave. I was able to fix the Combat audio board,
turns out the 6809 processor was bad. Its back and running great. I
hope to bring it to the East Coast Gaming Expo this weekend now.
