DLLHOST.exe

Can anyone please tell me what the dllhost.exe is for and what it transmits over the net. I have Zone Alarm Pro installed and it shows that dllhost.exe is using up all my outgoing bandwidth. What could it be sending? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Could be the dllhost.exe trojan, otherwise known as the <A HREF="http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.welchia.worm.html" target="_new">W32.Welchia.Worm</A>.
