Repartition NTFS drives on WIN NT 4 Server

I have an NT 4.0 Server (also a WIN 2000 Server) and I need to increase the size of the C drive from 1 GB to 3 GB. THe D drive is 34 GB with 24 GB free.

Anyone have a clue how to do this without buyin Volume Manager from PowerQuest (retail 595.00!)
