Did anyone else hear the piece on NPR about Gretna this afternoon? The
fed and state have given approval today for residents to return. 90%
has electric and water and sewer are repaired and deemed safe.
According to the piece, Gretna did not suffer the severe flooding many
surrounding ares did.
