Cheap & Small Netbook for Simple Task/Watching Streams for 300$ or -

So I'm looking for a netbook or laptop so I can do school work along with other none-heavy stuff like read comics and watch streams/surf .

Currently, I was looking at

but since I have no idea about hardware I wanna ask people if there is anything better then this for about 300 or under .

I just wanna get the best bang for my buck .

1. What is your budget?

300$ and Under

2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?

Mid Range, I had a Dell XPS M1330 which I think was what I wanted, would go a bit smaller .

3. What screen resolution do you want?

Screen Reso ? Well the XPS said 13.3inch so something like that or smaller .

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?

Portable .

5. How much battery life do you need?

4 to 7 hours, but the more the better .

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?

No, if only small flash games or something to pass the time .

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)

I would like to be able to use Photoshop with it but I think that beyond my price range, mostly I'm thinking just surfing, typing, stream watching and reading comics + listening to music .

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?

I'd like 250GB +

The longer the better, I don't plan on upgrading .
