Trying to clean up the gameroom. To save time, I'm going to list this
stuff for sale here and give it until Tuesday evening. Anything not
sold from this list by that time will go on eBay.
These prices include priority mail shipping. If you are picking them
up from me locally it'll be a lil' less.
Sega Turbo upright - Above average shape, new power supply & bulbs.
Player car glitches but other than that, plays perfect. $100 pickup in
Denton, TX (just north of D/FW)
Pair of Atari cone buttons. No cracks and, yes, they work. $40
shipped
Atari A/R II short board. Came from an Asteroids Deluxe. Works 100%.
Just pulled 4 months ago from a AD I had to part out due to severe
cabinet damage. $25 shipped
Coinco style coin door. Was also on the Asteroids Deluxe. Straight
and no rust, but some small drill holes, and I've had to raid it for
other small parts. $30 shipped (heavy)
G07 monitor chassis. Neckboard busted in two. Make offer
WG4900 monitor chassis lot. One is capped but missing a ceramic
transistor in the corner. Another is not capped, but has a broken
neckboard. I have a neckboard that isn't broken I'll include with it.
$40 shipped for all of it.
Atari coin bucket. Was from the Asteroids Deluxe upright. Make offer
Atari power supply block. CLEAN! The most clean one I've ever
seen...looks new. Works, but I had to raid the bridge rectifier from
it and don't have a spare handy. Big Blue and fuses all replaced just
2 years ago. Would rather not ship due to weight but we can maybe work
something out. Looking for $30
Would also be willing to trade the whole f'n bunch of this for a
working Mr. Do's Castle upright in a decent cab (i.e. no moisture or
chunks missing).

Hi Scott,
hey, not to be a jerk or take this issue into the wrong place, But what
about the PCB I've paid for and been mailing you about for MONTHS!
with no response? Hey! all I wanted was a response....and I happened to
find you here selling more stuff. Just send me the board I paid for,
and we can all be done with this.
or, just send me the money order back. One or the other.
Archived from groups: rec.games.video.arcade.collecting,rec.games.video.arcade.marketplace (More info?)
No response to what? I have not received any correspondence from you
since the issue came up over my bank refusing to cash your money order.
A week later the post office did cash it, I e-mailed you saying it
did, and shipped that very board.
As far as the first 'lost' payment.... it was an oversight that had the
wrong address (don't know why eBay makes you change it in 3-4 places
when you move) but I never got that payment fowarded to me. Have no
idea how you couldn't track it or get it back... I never got the "first
one".
At a loss for this. Never not sent anything to anyone through years
and years on eBay as well as several private sales through here.
E-mail me, as I had no reason to think this was anything but completed
months ago, and this is the first I've heard otherwise. Coming out of
the blue with something like this on a newsgroup is inappropriate when
there are so many avenues to contact me directly instead if there is
truly an issue.

This is nuts, and does not belong on a newsgroup. But since you are
trying so hard for whatever reasons to drag my name through the mud,
I'm going to correct you on a ton of things, then I refuse to answer
you here again. There are tons of ways to contact me directly,
including valid e-mail, via eBay, or even my publically posted phone
number, or if all that even failed you could have written me a letter
about it. Odd that I have no contact in MONTHS from any of these
means..
My Verizon e-mail that you speak of hasn't been active since I dumped
Verizon as my ISP many months ago. If you were e-mailing that address,
it should have bounced, as it hasn't existed in some time, and would
explain how I've heard nothing.
I, too, have kept every e-mail from you, including the e-mail where you
say that the first payment arrived at an address I didn't live it and
was shipped back "Return to Sender" to you. Now you are saying it
arrived to me? No... it didn't. I didn't live there, and I also have
the e-mail where you say it's not my fault it went to the wrong
address. You said yourself it was listed as return to sender, so I
have nothing to do with that.
In addition, you are now even trying to shed doubt on my injuries.
Wasn't just my neck, my back, brain, heart, etc were scrambled when I
was dumped 11 feet onto my neck to a concrete floor. Want me to send
the very graphic photographs? That dropped me out of everything...ask
people who wanted to send me work to do at the time...I had to decline
it all. I had to turn down work locally, too, as I couldn't physically
get up. I was told I should have DIED....and you seem to be acting now
like it was a ruse? That is the most disgusting thing I've seen ever
on this group.
Perhaps I should mention the e-mail you sent to me months later begging
for me to sell you the board for HALF of what it sold for? I didn't
understand that logic to start with, but perhaps I do now.
I will find your tracking number and I will use my current e-mail
address to send it to you. I shipped it at the end of July when I had
finally gained enough ability to move and walk around and made a giant
shipment at the post office to catch up on everyone I needed to. Was
even an effort then, and even now, as I'll be dealing with these spinal
injuries for the rest of my life, which I'm lucky to even have
according to experts.
Any further attempts at your slander on here will be ignored. You have
changed your story on here from what you have told me (such as saying
the first payment was delievered when you, in fact, told me that they
said it was being returned to sender). Contact me directly or don't
contact me at all, as this is simply unprofessional to do it here.
I've been on this group for 8 years without something like this...
insane that you decided to make claims of this kind publically.

Patrick,
You have mail, let's work this out then. I'm not trying to drag
anybody's name through the mud, Your listing had the wrong address, I
sent payment, and it never came back. 50% your fault for the wrong
address, 50% NOT your fault for the payment not making it back to me,
which is why I asked you, not begged you, to absorb 50% of the cost, I
don't think it's too "crazy" a proposition. I already outbid everyone
on Ebay for it, jesus, $61.00 for a board, how much did you pay for it?
If that was unreasonable, then sorry?
You switched ISP's, my e-mail has ALWAYS stayed the same, why not drop
me a note to say "hey, the email address you've been using MAY not work
anymore?" that would have been fine.
Finally I got a note that you had been in an accident, what was I
supposed to do? flood your wrong address with mail? starting phoning
your house knowing that you're injuries are obviously serious enough
that you're unable to reply to e-mail? How could I have KEPT bugging
you for an arcade circuit board knowing you were contending with LIFE
ALTERING injuries?? If that was the case, then I'd surely be the
monster you're leaning toward making me out to be.
I e-mailed you about your condition with your injuries. And I'm also
sorry that happened!! I'm a skateboarder, your type of injuries are a
haunting reality and possibility to me, Hence the subject line"Scott's
condition+PCB purchase".
Patrick, you are probably a stand-up guy, who knows, but in the
nick-named faceless world of the internet, as anyone who's been in the
arcade business for a while, when you DON'T hear from someone after
you've sent your money, you feel screwed, It's unfair to tattoo me as
insensitive regarding your injuries, my friend works with insurance
claims, people making a LIVING with repulsive charades that
unfortunately cast doubt on REAL situations like yours, you would have
the same potential doubt as I did.
I'm not making any "claims". This is the transaction from MY
perspective, and YOUR perspective, and we can still resolve all this,
which is why I think this ABSOLUTELY belongs here, rather than a whole
"Thief Thief, scammer" post that is often posted and serves no one.
As for professionalism, working this matter out in the open IS
professional, not slander. Admitting to our OWN responsability for a
transaction gone wrong IS professional.
Fixing it IS professional. Deflecting responsability and laying blame
is NOT professional, so which are you and I?
Hey, stuff happens, with the variables involved with shipping
electronic parts, EVERYthing can go wrong, prices,
shipping, payment, packaging, arrival condition. When we fix this? maybe
someone else will learn from it and another transaction that may seem
dismal could work out ok.

Please post those graphic pictures.I would love to see them.I keep a scrap
book of all my injuries.I have some that people almost faint when they see
them.I always laugh when i see the look on someone's face when i show them
pictures of my injuries so please post them.Since it happened either
way.Why not share it with everyone here so they will be more careful and not
make whatever mistake you made.

Hi Scott, any luck on the tracking numbers? I haven't received any
e-mail from you yet since our discussion. Hey, sorry the discussion
looked ugly, put yourself in my shoes, my e-mail is
