AGP 4x and DDR-RAM

I was wondering: with the introduction of DDR MoBos that will allow the system bus speed to run @ 266mhz, will this give a bandwidth increase to AGP cards? Even though they say AGP 4x (4 x 66mhz = 266mhz), do they actually transmit @ 266mhz with pc133 ram?

Just some thoughts!

the pipeline to the agp slot is a seperate pipeline than the one to the memory. While you will get a performance increase in video apps with DDR it will not happen due to what you are sugesting
