Random freezing/restarting

Everytime i try to run a program or listen to a song file, halfway through it
my comp will freeze or just randomly restart...

Hi

Have a look in the Event Viewer to see if any entries there may point to the
problem. If you find any 'Errors' could you please post the Event ID and
Source?
