Alright, so I have an old(but still great)Monitor. I got an Elsa Erazor X2 card last Tuesday and Ive been trying to get the bad boy to work. I didnt relize before but my monitor is non-pnp. What to do? Should I send er back and try another Card or Is there anyway to get it work besides swaping the monitor cables after the cards POST? Any help or comments appreciated.

Monioter drivers are only in all actuallity .inf files that tell your video card what resolutions and refresh rates your monitor can handle. Simply choose a pnp monitor with the same charasteristics as the monitor you currently have.

A little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing!

My problem is more complex than that my friend, the monitor and card work prefectly Fine In Windows and past the Bios screen, The problem Is I get no Video signal To my monitor On the video cards post on self test. But If I have my 15" pnp monitor plugged in and then Plug my 20" non-pnp monitor I wanna use it works fine, strange problem, still waiting on more info from elsa.
