Getting "The Wizard Could Not Connect To The Internet, Or The Web Service
Returned A Wizard Page That Is Not Valid". User is unable to login to
Windows Messenger, keeps getting error above. Computer is on a cable modem
and connected to the Internet all the time. What is wrong here?

Didn't see anything in that article that sounds like this problem. The
password has been reset and the confirmation email received, but still not
able to login. Get error below. Has anyone encountered this and how do you
fix it?
