My friend was looking for a best-cpu-gpu-budget laptop for medium-settings games and stuff, and I helped him and found this samsung laptop:

CPU: i5-3210M (3M Cache, up to 3.10 GHz) - very good processor, latest generation
Screen: LED 17,3 (HD+ 1600 x 900 (16:9)) - anti-reflects
RAM: DDR 4 GB 1600MHz
HDD: 1000GB (1 TB) 5400 rpm
Super Multi DVD-R/W
AMD Radeon™ HD7670M 2GB memory DDR3 (pretty good graphic card)

i go with ACER rather than Samsung
(bcz they are new to laptops when compared to other players like acer , toshiba, dell ,hp .. in laptops specification s is not the first issue.. better cpu cooling, hardware toughness , nearest service center,features like stopping your hdd rotation if it felt sudden move or drop(i forget the name)
