My dvd play and all my other programs which play videome is relay no sound.
The volume is up, it's not muted, so what could the problem be?

Greetings,

Have you tried installing the sound drivers that came with the manuals.

If you don't have any CDs or any sound drivers, I suggest you take a visit
to Windows Update. Windows Update might be able to supply you with the
correct sound drivers.

To visit Windows Update, follow these steps:

1. Start > Windows Update
2. Install the latest Windows Update software
3. Click on Custom Install and select the hardware option

Most of the time the sound driver is called 'C-Media'.
