if yes, that's mean not need connect DV Audio output(RCA) to PC sound card (line-in).

Yes!

You just connect your DV camera (or D8 camera) to IEEE 1394 port and send digital AVI to your Hard Disk. It takes special software to play de file produced. IEEE 1394 (Firewire) cards are bundled with basic software to play and edit the AVI.

IEEE 1394 does not capture audio and video. Your digital camcorder does. Then you send the digital information from the camcorder to your PC via IEEE1394.
