Help: Hang On steering

My Hang On has no steering, brakes or gas. I have seen many posts on
this problem, but the only one close was on a Super Hang On.
When the green light hits, the bike accelerates, the brake light comes
on and you here the skidding. It also has no steering either direction.

Now the things I have tried:
Changed the pots
Checked the ground on the steering console
Ran a check, shows all ok.
The input check shows FFH for all three inputs, regardless if the
controls are plugged in or not.
I don't have a schematic or manual, does any one have any thoughts on
where to go next???
