excel wont load .csv file properly

Excel will not load my .csv file properly. I have a number of the files
that are all formatted the same but this one file for some reason will
not load.

Here are the first few lines of the file:

PROTOCOL,SOURCE IP,SOURCE PORT,DEST IP,DEST PORT,COMMENTS
tcp,EXTERNAL_NET,any,HTTP_SERVERS,HTTP_PORTS, (msg:"WEB-PHP

There will probably be some word wrap but this is the first 4 lines of
my file.

Any ideas?
