missing file msflxgrd.ocx

I do not have a file labeled msflxgrd.ocx on my Sony laptop running XP home.
I get this message when trying to use a program that requires it: "Run-time
error 339. Component msflxgrd.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly
registered: a file is missing or invalid." This file is on my desktop running
Win98. Is there any way of getting that file into Windows System on my
laptop? Thanks.

Do you know where to place the file so that the program will find it??
You could reinstall the program that needs it...it must be part of it.
