If you are talking about the Product Key, and if XP is still installed,
download/install Belarc. You will be able to find the PK with that program:

I'm having problem downloading the software. It stated that I don't have an
authorized to download it. What can I do?

I couldn't download any free software, this had never happened to me before.
Do you think there is something blocking in my computer?

Hi Lauria

Are you getting an error message when trying to download any files? Are you
using Internet Explorer, or a 3rd party download manager? Something is
blocking the downloads - if you have XP SP2 installed, have you got the
pop-up blocker set toit's highest level? That will then ask you if want to
download any files via a small srtip at the top of the screen.
