VOODOO 4 or Annihilator card?

I need a now 3d card, bad that voodoo 2 1000 just isnt cuting anymore. heh, well i was going to buy a new one, i was considering the New annihilator card or the voodoo 4 card. the Annihilator card is about 30 bucks cheaper,(120 bucks) the voodoo is 150. I think the Anni card is better. I have a duron 700, asus av7 mobo, 64 mbs of pc100.

The Annihilator Geforce 2 MX is better, 3dfx is crashing down and besides the MX is much faster than the V4. You might want to look at some other MX cards besides the Annilator thought to, some have TV OUTPUT.

Go with the Annihilator for a couple reasons:

1. Faster and better

2. 3Dfx is falling apart (just got bought out), and who knows whats in store for their customer support or anything?

Yeah ill think ill do that, is there any better graphics card i should get that is better in the 100-150 dollar range?

try the ati radeon 32mb ddr or sdr. i dont like nvidia looks like a future intel.

Dont listen to rcf04294 or whatever...

Yeah some GF2 GTS boards can be found for $160. I believe the Leadtek and Visiontek ones. But, they don't come with TV out or any of the fancy stuff.

if this person is watching dvd on his pc what better then.

a geforce2 gts + software decoder
or
ati radeon + hardware decoder

this one is an easy answer!

Good DVD playback is no scrafice for good gaming.

40fps is the ideal time for fps for gaming those extra fps is just a waste of $$$$
