I obviously have a network connection, because I'm sending and receiving
Usenet messages and can browse the Web. The problem is that Network
Connections in Control Panel is blank, empty, it doesn't show anything
at all. The other problem is that the Network Setup Wizard won't run.

Any ideas on what the problem is (aside from user incompetence).

Thanks in advance for your help on this.
