This looks weird to me - blue board on one side of stack, shorter green
board on other side, mounted on feet. Mine has two same-size green
pcb's, and slides into a vertical rack with side rails supporting the
boards.

Is this a different pinout from the Bally/Midway Galaga - Namco perhaps?

It's a GALLAG bootleg board, specifically. It's
not pin compatible to the original.

BTW, did anyone else notice the ribbon cable
doesn't seem to be seated on the video PCB?
