I know he probably wont put it up since he is probabaly presently too
busy but a fellow collector here in the N.O. area, Ray Hepburn AKA
RayRay lived in one of the worst hit areas from Katrina. In Arabi. He
had over 12' of water in his home, a single story home at that. His
family made it out ok and his job is housing them indefinitely till the
mess is figured out. Game-wise, he lost around 20+ very collectable
games in the flood, totally ruined. Water up in his attic!
All of this only to be ruined even further with the passing of
hurricane Rita a few days ago. His area and my father in laws area
flooded back at the hurricane Katrina levels. A total loss. I just
wanted to put it out there for awareness and to say a prayer for his
family and hope he gets back on his feet again.
I made out ok, im on the westbank in marrero and I had only minor
damage compared to Ray's. No loss of games on my end.
Just keep him in mind in your thoughts yall and that will help out more
than you can imagine.
