Can not start computer

When you hit power it ends up at a screen that gives you different options to
boot up the computer, safe mode, last good configuration, start windows
normally. But any of the options it loops you back to that menu.

If you have a WinXP CD try a Repair Install. Pay close attention to
Step 3
