After installing Office 2003 in WinXP Pro, one of my users gets a message
next to their login button that says "2 unread mail messages." The mail
accounts shown in the bubble when I click on the message are no longer
active. I guess that when Outlook 2003 replaced the older version, something
didn't get cleaned up somewhere. Is this a simple registry fix, or does WinXP
get unread mail info from some other file? How do I get rid of this message?
