Which Grraphics card has highest quality TV out?

In the process of an up grade & want to be able to play games on a 32" TV.
Card suggestions?
Is DVD output from PC acceptable on TV screen?

Look for a card with an S-video out (if your tv supports s-video in). The TV out on my ATI Rage Pro based card works great.
