whats a safe speed and is it worth it on this machine im playing wow and want to try the game with this systen overclocked

The v570 has no dedicated graphics unit, it uses the HD3000 and this can not be overclocked at all.

The CPU as well can not be overclocked, you're stuck with what you have right now.

That laptop was not meant for gaming, it is meant for general usage and multimedia.
