Hi,
wich one is the best, taking in account, the performance, the stability, the drivers, disregarding tv-outs and stuff related with that. Hercules Geforce2 GTS 64mg or Elsa Geforce2 GTS 64mg?

In terms of performance and stability, the Hercules is the best performing GTS card (Except for SUMA which are extremely rare and hard to buy). In stability, they're about the same.
