Can't open my JUMPDRIVE?!

aloha dudes and duddettes,
i just bought a Lexar Secure Jumpdrive and it works great on my WinXP Pro comp. i'm tying to read it on my gf's comp which she has a Win98 Second Edition it won't recognize it!!!!! any please i need your help to make this Jumpdrive work on her Win98 2nd ED. any help is appreciated.
