Underclocking a vid card on a 89 MHz AGP buss

Theoretical question:

If someone (me) was to overclock their FSB on a BX Mobo to 133 MHz, then the AGP buss would now be at 89 MHz. Most newer video cards (ie... Geforce2 MX) can handle this.

If there were problems, however, would underclocking the video card help in any way? Would you just underclock the chipset, or would you have to underclock the memory too?

Thanks

I haven't noticed any difference. When I overclock my GTS to 220/380 at 66 Mhz, everything works. But when I bump my AGP bus speed up to 87 MHZ it still goes to 220/380. Anything above that at either bus speed causes heat problems, so I can only assume that video chip clock and video memory clock are independant of bus speed. The video card must have it's own clock generator.
