XP SP1 Offer Remote Assistance Permission Denied

Hi,
We are trying to use the offer remote assistance xp feature in our domain.
We can do this fine from HP desktop to HP desktop. We can do it fine from
IBM laptop to HP Desktop. We can not do it from IBM Laptop to IBM laptop or
from HP Desktop to IBM laptop. All systems ar either XP or XP SP1.

We have figured out that something on the laptop must be blocking it. We
have checked rsop on all systems as well as remote assistance gp entries.

Any ideas what might be blocking it?

Probably the Windows Firewall on the card.

We are running XP SP1 and the ICF and ICS are turned off, any other ideas?

Thanks for your help, we resolved the issue. Was related to the bypass
traverse ip policy.
