Geforce 2 GTS Problems

Hi, I got a Creative Geforce 2 GTS 64mb Video Card for Christmas. After using it for a couple weeks I have encountered a problem. When I am in Win98 and open up a folder or internet explorer and make it full screen, the bottom of the display will start to turn fuzzy. Almost like a vibrating across the start bar. Before I got this card I had Elsa's GF2 card which after a week did the same thing. I have tryed different driver versions of both creative's and nvidia's. The thing that worrys me the most is that after the Elsa card encounterd the problems it burnt out, with out any overlcocking. So if you know of anywhere that I could find information about this problem I would greatly appreciate it. I checked the creative web site and nothing.
I am running:
P3 800MHZ
256 Ram
45 IBM HD
GF2 GTS
350 watt power
ASUS CUSL-2

Also I am not overclocking

Gee, never heard of anything like that on a CUSL2! Better ask the guys in the CUSL2.com forum to see if any of them have heard of it. It sounds like a unique defect in the motherboard maybe.
