Flickering in Creative GeForce Annihilator 2

my video flickers whenever I run FPS games (UT and Q3) as well as trying to run the video demos that came with the video card. I checked my refresh rates, display type, BIOS settings, resolution, heat issues and nothing seemed to help it any... anyone have suggestions?
