I like my Asus V7700 Deluxe GF2 w/video in/out. Only around $220. $190 for the pure version.

Any GeForce2 GTS card will do. The cheapest GTS with fast DDR right now is th Visiontek for around $150 on Pricewatch.com I've been using one for quite some time now.

I really dont see any reason to use Windows 2000, unless you want to control a work place enviroment.
