Radeon Retail?

Is there a way to tell the difference between the retail Radeon 64Mb, and the OEM version without actually seeing the box? Would the ram chips have different markings?
Also, is the OEM Radeon simply underclocked, or does it actually have slower ram chips on it?

The OEM unit actually has slower ram chips. On TechTV they showed both side by side, got them mixed up, and figured it out. The memory is also marked by speed.
