try this .Press and hold power button for 10seconds.without battery only ac input.

you could do that for cmos battery check remove the battery then plug in the ac power the system go to bios put the exact time and date then sthut down system leave it off for a few times then restart and if he ask you again to go at bios settings you will have to do what Brett928S2 tel you

i have been replaced the CMOS battery & power on the laptop. But i am unable to enter BIOS setup. When i enter F2 to enter BIOS it is restarting.

did you remember what was the number on that battery you replace and that was the one who is on the motherboard and the the one you use when not connect to ac power ?

the old cmos battery was : CR2032E (Mitsubishi) & the New is same No.

Today i am able to enter into the BIOS & changed the Date TIME but problem is going on.

does the main battery is full charge and do you see the light on the laptop when you plug it in the ac outlet ? if you have a external box to test the laptop hdd on another computer starting the other system then plug this external and see if windows will detect it if so check the hdd with drive maker tool.
