I am getting a 1-3-3-1 beep error code on my P3 HP Vectra VL 600. The display never turns on, and I have to power cycle the machine 3 times before I get power to the monitor.Although there isn't a display, it appears by looking at the HDD activity lights (and comparing the time to a successful boot), that the machine is making it to the W2K login box. I remember reading somewhere this was an AGP related error. I have already replaced the card, reseated the memory and processor. HP's SupportOne could not find anything in their databases. Any ideas?

Connect the 15 pin cable connector from your monitor to your video card.
