VIVO for GeForceMX or other value cards?

Hi, i've looked all over the place for a decent card with good 3D/2D performance and, most importantly, Video in/out functionality and have had little luck... I'm looking for something around $150 or less w/ these features, has anybody seen a card that somewhat fits this criteria? I'd be willing to raise my budget if i have to, thanks! The ATI Radeon 64 w/ vivo looks VERY appealing but it's like $230!

Edit: Hmm, i just looked on pricewatch and they are now down to around $200... not too shabby, but still - anybody know of anything cheaper that will fit my needs? thanks again!
