Water spots on/in screen

Hi fellows, I was cleaning my laptop display (with water) when i realized some water spots appeared.
I read a lot about it but i found no answers to my problem.

I tried with a blowdryer but didnt try for too long because i was scared about cracking the display.

You think, it will eventually go away by itself? or i will have to dissamble the display in order to get rid of it? in that case, is it possible?

You could stick it in a bag of rice for a week (with any rice unfriendly ports covered lol), that'll clear it out.

Ok, I will give it a try, but in case that doesnt work, any other possible solution?
