Black screen on laptop boot, no POST.
My Toshiba L450-03D laptop does not POST when turned on. Black screen. HDD light comes on for a second before coming off, but I can hear the drive spinning constantly. DVD drive is spinning. Power and charge lights are green. What is wrong? Thanks!
