The easiest way to describe my problem is that any window that oeprates on
Internet Explorer, including some of my folders, do not display the
background and sometimes resize everything. I have tried things like doing a
resize of text or some other things. I need internet explorer for certain
applications so can I fix this problem.
Should I delete internet explorer and then reinstall it or what?
