Here's the situation so far. Outlook Office 2003 SBE will not send
attachments over something like 700k. If the attachment is 1.5mb it won't
send it at all. Just sits there forever with no green bars showing on the
progress bar. This is an adsl connection.

I uninstalled everything - resinstalled everything (no data files). Now IE6
will show similar behaviour and not download pictures on websites.

Firefox and Thunderbird perform as normal.

This would indicate it is not the adsl connection (eg. MTU etc). Any help
appreciated because we are at wits end with this problem and presently using
mozilla browser and email to keep (clients) business running.
