I have a win XP machine with a wireless card and 2 Ethernet cards.

1 ethernet is for the internet
&
1 hard wired to another PC

The Wireless card DLink is connected to another PC.

Anyway I can share the connection on this PC fine between the PC and the
hardwired one but
how do I also tell XP to allow the DLink card to also share the internet
connection ? There arent
any settings to allow me to do this.

You can share only one NIC. Get a cheap hub and Accesspoint. Plug the hub
into your nic that's currently connecting the other computer, then connect
the other wired computer into the hub and the AP into the hub. Another
safer, simpler solution is buy a wireless router and forget ICS.
