Now i know why i blew so much on a video card

I recently built a 1gig t-bird with a geforce ultra and after was wondering why i spent so much cash on it.
I just downloaded NBA live 2001 demo and game looks incredible. Ive never seen a sports game look this incredible. Im not sure if it takes advantage of T&L though. Has anybody else tried this and what do u think??
I also played it on my lowly k6-3 450 with a voodoo 3 3000 and it still looks great.
It looks like my cash was not wasted after all. Although i probably dont need the ultra and the game would probably run just as good on an MX. I really bought it so i could play MAX PAYNE when it is released.
