the index in Start/'Help & Support' has disappeared

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support (More info?)

It was there yesterday! After going to 'Help and Support and clicking on
'Index' on the toolbar at the top, the index page opens but the Index window
on the left just has a X in the top left hand corner and no index of words
appears below - just an empty box.

And, "Related Topics" link does not work
