I think something is wrong with my installing software. I just bought an ipod
and I tried installing the cd that came with it. It kinda installed but not
entirely...itunes never installed. When I called apple they told me to
install the program from the website. When I tried installing itunes
everything looked fine. When I clicked on the "itunes setup" icon on my comp
it didn't open up to install all it did was open a box that read "command
parameters line......" and a bunch of stuff underneath. There were no error
messages or really any messages I could understand.

I called my comp company and they said it was either a software problem or
it might be a hardware problem since my cd rom is not working properly it
might not be reading the disk right.

I NEED HELP!!!
