How t remove bio password for dell inspiron 1545

i have forgotten with my bios password for my laptop dell inspirion 1545,i have tried to remove cmos battery out for almost 2hrs ,still nothing has been removed.what can i do remove the bios password thanks vincent okwera

it 's my laptop i bough it from some indian shop in kampala city and i even have the reciept plus the manual book.please help and show to remove that only it was set by my younger brother is learning computer in school.Thanks i will be glad if my request is considered
