See GE60 by itself is a good laptop but when you compare it to something like Y580 it really doesn't stand a chance. GE60 is supposed to be a budget gaming laptop (if there's such thing), yet the Y580 is a high end product with awesome build quality. If you ask me, there's no logical reason for GE60 to exist. It looks good, is fairly powerful yet the build quality leaves a lot to be desired for this price.

I too believe that Y580 is hands down better.

Thank for making it clear :D

The only thing I'm concern about is that there are a lot of complain about it crashing while gaming even if the laptop itsel dis brand new :o

Well what you read on the internet are always reports of crashes and things like that because if the thing works fine nobody bothers to report it on the forums. Keep in mind that thousands and thousands of laptops are being sold everyday, and all those crashing and faulty units aren't even 1 percent of the units sold. So no worries there, buy what you like and enjoy.
Again, don't forget to play around with both models at the store. You may wanna buy the GE60, only because it looks super cool.
