downloaded file that makes computer run at 100% cant delet..

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support (More info?)

i downloaded a movie mr and mrs smith its a windows media file when i even
right click on its properties the computer starts running at 100% and i cant
seem to get rid of the file when i try to delete it it says i cant as someone
or another program is using it and i havent even clicked on it even if i put
the mouse over the file the computer does the same any help would be great

    Try deleting file in safe mode, press F8 on boot-up to get to "select
    safe mode." (XP warning normal) Run AV & Spyware scans while your
    there as well.
