Is the BIOS recognizing your hardrive?
Is it a new hardrive?
Are the Primary and Secondary IDE's enabled in the CMOS setup?
Have you tried clearing the CMOS, resetting the date and time, and applying setup defaults?
Are you sure the Bootdisk is good?
What size is the hardrive?
It would help if you listed your specs but for now, just run the Video Card with no other PCI cards in the machine.

Sometimes the M/B comes from the factory pretested, and settings preset, and it just needs to be cleared, to reset what the M/B already thinks its looking for in the machine, and let it look for different hardware.
