DNS IP address incorrect

I would look at the client for a setting that turns on the "Internet Connection Sharing" (ICS)

Thanks for that, however, I have this feature disabled so that isn't
the cause.

There's a rogue DHCP server on your network, such as an unauthorized
wireless router.
